Summer 2010

With Memorial Weekend over, the official start of Summer 2010 is here. We at TYE Studios had the honor and privilege to have one of the original "HEAVY METAL" bands, IRON MAIDEN, come to our studio on Sunday and shoot their latest upcoming album cover and tour images. Most of the images were shot on a massive green screen backdrop in Studio A, and on top of 3 stages that we constructed earlier that morning.

The photographer flew in from the U.K. last Friday, to photograph the band. John McMurtrie is a music, stage, and tour photographer who has shot some legendary bands/artists in his career. On his comp card you will see photos he has taken of Ozzy Osbourne, Slash, Green Day, Dave Grohl, Linkin Park, Metallica, Tom Morello and more, for covers of today's top music magazines.
